"So, initially I thought a friend or a family member had referred me to John, but I guess I was actually the one who found him during my diligent and exhausting search for a reputable insurance company, but also and agent/ company that actually valued potential and existing clients...my search ended with Mr. John Harrell and his State Farm office. When you call you're greeting by a pleasant office worker. If Johns not available to talk right then rest assured he will call you back. He has a sense of humor that appeals to others and he knows his stuff regarding Insurance, Auto, Home, Life. He takes the time to break everything down so that you understand and will give you a print out if warranted. His staff is pleasant and eager to assist; and the office itself is clean and comfortable. But the BEST thing about Mr. Harrell and his agency if there's a way to save you money they will. The price of auto insurance over the last year has skyrocketed...it's ridiculous, even with a good driving record. By switching from our old insurance company and going with State Farm/Mr. Harrell we were able to save a few...that's right a few hundred dollars. My husband are so glad we found Mr. Harrell and pretty confident you will too."
