"I am a customer in relatively long-standings and will say, everyone at John Harrell office seems to be upbeat, helpful, understanding, and friendly. Fortunately have not put in a claim or roadside assistance with them. All of you out there reading this review know, or have heard what that can turn into. As it stands today I firmly must give this office of State farm insurance a five-star review. Well let's hold on a minute, there seems to be a first time for everything and this appears to be my first time filing a homeowner's claim in my life. State farm in order to update their files sent to photographer to my home that's okay, but him mentioning that I need a new roof was kind of a shock. So after calling State farm to find out if he was legit I asked them for a roofer that they work with a referral. Matt from Illinois restorations one of the three outfits I was given came out took a look at my roof and he said there's weather damage and I need a whole new roof??? , wow so I put in a claim and State farm send out their adjuster and he says I need a whole new roof, this was a shock because my roof is only 9 years old so now I'm waiting for the adjusters calculations and proposal and everything seems to be going real smooth. I like to thank all you guys at State farm, first of all for bringing my roof to my attention and moving through the process as quickly as you have. Nice job guys....."
